T-4. Reilly Smith (5 GWG)

Reilly Smith scored a game-winning goal in five of the seven playoffs with the Golden Knights. 

He scored one of his game-winners in the decisive Game 5 of the 2023 Stanley Cup Final against the Florida Panthers.  

T-4. Mark Stone (5 GWG)

Like Smith, Mark Stone netted a game-winning goal in five of the seven playoffs with the Golden Knights. 

Three of those came in the first round, one occurred in the unprecedented seeding round of 2019-20, and one came in the second round. Stone, among the Golden Knights with the most playoff games, is searching for his first in a conference final and Stanley Cup Final. 

T-4. Max Pacioretty (5 GWG)

Max Pacioretty notched five game-winning goals in only 36 playoff appearances with the Golden Knights, including three in the 2021 run to the conference final. 

In the first round of those playoffs, he scored the game-winner in his only appearance against the Minnesota Wild. Pacioretty followed that with two game-winning goals against the Colorado Avalanche in the subsequent round.  

T-1. Jonathan Marchessault (6 GWG)

Three of Jonathan Marchessault’s six game-winning goals came in the 2023 Stanley Cup run. He scored two against the Edmonton Oilers in the second round and one against the Dallas Stars in the Western Conference final. 

Marchessault went on to win the Conn Smythe Trophy, and he’s among those with the most goals by a Golden Knight in the playoffs.

T-1. Alex Tuch (6 GWG)

Alex Tuch scored at least one game-winning goal in four of five playoffs with the Golden Knights, notching two twice and three once. 

Tuch’s three-game-winning-goal haul came in the 2020 run to the conference final, in which he netted one in the seeding round against the Avalanche, one in the first round versus the Chicago Blackhawks, and one in the second round versus the Vancouver Canucks

T-1. Brett Howden (6 GWG)

Brett Howden scored three game-winning goals in 22 playoff games in the 2026 run to the final.

He netted a game-winner in each series except the final, including in overtime of Game 5 against the Utah Mammoth and in the Game 6 clincher versus the Anaheim Ducks. 

He scored at least one game-winning goal in three of the four playoffs with the Golden Knights.
