A stalwart of the Canadian team for two decades, Atiba Hutchinson is one of the most well-known Canadian soccer players of all time.
After making his name in Scandinavia, Hutchinson made 334 appearances for Turkish club Beşiktaş and won three Süper Lig titles in the process.

Currently an assistant coach of the national team, Paul Stalteri was the record holder for the most caps until he was overtaken by De Guzman in 2015.
A marauding right-back capable of playing further up the pitch when required, Stalteri won the Gold Cup in 2000 and was part of the double-winning Werder Bremen team in 2003-04.

Randy Samuel’s international career finished in 1993. He was Canada’s most-capped player until Stalteri broke his record in 2010.
Three of Samuel’s 82 caps came at the 1986 World Cup. He spent most of his club career in the Netherlands with Volendam and Fortuna Sittard.
7. Dwayne De Rosario — 81
A four-time Canadian Player of the Year, Dwayne De Rosario enjoyed immense success in MLS, scoring 22 goals for Canada.
He was the country’s all-time leading scorer until he was overtaken by Larin and Jonathan David.
8. Milan Borjan — 80
Born in Croatia, Milan Borjan’s family emigrated to Canada in 2000. He debuted for Canada in 2011 after impressing during his time with Serbian club FK Rad.

The highlight of Mark Watson’s international career was scoring the winning goal in a Gold Cup semifinal win.
