Devon White, sixth in these rankings, has the best-stolen base percentage in Blue Jays history at 84.56%, ahead of Roberto Alomar and Otis Nixon.
Alomar, who sits second, had 50 or more stolen bases in three of his five seasons as a Jay. The Hall of Fame second baseman was integral when Blue Jays odds made Toronto one of the favourites to win the World Series in the first half of the 1990s.
